The "Handy" trait that some employees can spawn with reduces this upkeep, but it doesn't stack if you have more than one with the trait.Īvoid hiring new employees that have traits that permanently reduce a stat to 0. Keep an eye on the upkeep cost that some furniture requires though, some of them aren't worth it until later stages in the game. Once you unlock furniture, make sure you have everything bought that you can before upgrading your office, as the bonuses add up quickly and make a big difference in the late game. It also lowers the chances that your company can get hacked, making you redo affected features. This reduces the chances of you adding a feature that ends up costing you money because your employees are under-leveled. I recommend having one more person than you need per feature until mid- to late-game so that you can always have someone training as you unlock new features.Īlso, try to add new features only after the ones you have already completed are maxed out at 10.
